REFUND POLICY
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, customers can return all products purchased via our online shop within 30 days of receipt. The return must be requested via the customer account or the seller must be informed in writing in advance. The 30-day return period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of return, you must return the goods to us within the 30 day period. As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund the purchase price. This usually takes 3-4 banking days. We will not reimburse the costs for return shipping.
The right of return does not apply to personalized goods that are prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
